What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within the Netherlands and the rest of the European Union. Outside the EU it is 19.95 EUR. Orders shipped outside the EU may attract import duties or taxes on arrival, which are set by the destination country and payable by you.
How long do I have to return something?
Thirty days from delivery. The item needs to be unworn, unwashed and returned with its labels attached.
Who pays for the return?
You do. We do not provide prepaid return labels, so choose a tracked service: until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility.
How do I return an item?
Email info@koldnord.com with your order number and we will send the return instructions.
Can I cancel my order?
If you are in the EU you can cancel within fourteen days of delivery without giving a reason. That right sits alongside our thirty day return policy and is not restricted by the condition requirements above. See cancelling your order.
When do I get my money back?
Within fourteen days of us receiving your return. We refund the purchase price plus the standard delivery cost you originally paid, to the payment method you used.
Do you exchange items?
No. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email us a photograph and your order number. We cover the return shipping and either replace the item or refund it in full.
