If you are in the EU, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This sits alongside our 30-day return policy , it does not replace it.
How to cancel
Tell us within 14 days of delivery. An email to info@koldnord.com is enough , you do not need our approval, and you do not have to explain why.
You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Condition
You may handle the item as you would in a shop. Try it on. If you have handled it beyond what is needed to judge its nature and characteristics, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value , but we will not refuse the cancellation.
What we refund
The purchase price plus the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may wait until the item reaches us, or until you show proof of postage.
Return shipping
You pay for sending the item back.
Which applies to me?
Cancelling in the first 14 days is your statutory right and the condition requirements in our return policy do not restrict it. From day 15 to day 30, our own return policy applies, and the item does need to be unworn with labels attached.
