Shipping within the Netherlands and the EU is included in the price. There is no minimum order value and no surcharge at checkout.

Processing

Orders placed before 15:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at weekends, go out the next working day.

Delivery times

Netherlands and Belgium: 1–2 working days. Rest of the EU: 2–5 working days. Outside the EU: 5–10 working days. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

Customs and import charges

Orders outside the EU may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are payable by you. We cannot calculate them in advance or refund them if a parcel is refused.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. If a parcel has not moved for five working days, email info@koldnord.com and we will trace it.
