Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping within the Netherlands and the EU is included. Prices may change, but never after you have placed an order.

Orders

An order becomes a contract once we send you an order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order it, we cancel that line and refund it in full.

We may decline an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, or if a price was displayed with an obvious error.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. The cost of returning goods is yours. See our refund policy for the full procedure.

Conformity

Our products must be as described and fit for normal use. If they are not, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund under EU consumer law. This applies in addition to, and not instead of, our returns policy.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Complaints and disputes

Email info@koldnord.com. We reply within two working days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve it together and you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can assist you free of charge. See eccnederland.nl.
