Refund policy

Returns are covered by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Choose a tracked service , until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility.

You have 30 days. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

Returning items

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their labels attached, in a condition that allows us to resell them.

Email info@koldnord.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.

Note: if you are cancelling within the first 14 days, different rules apply and the condition requirements above do not restrict you. See cancelling your order.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price, including the standard delivery cost you originally paid, within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds go to the payment method you used.

Note: if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, we refund the standard rate.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and either replace it or refund it in full. Email us with a photograph and your order number.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
